In this most excellent London walk Joolz takes you from Waterloo through Southwark and towards Borough for a pint at The Lord Clyde pub.
We start on Waterloo Bridge and walk past Waterloo Station.
Then it’s through the Leake Street tunnel to see all the graffiti. Also the father of the music halls “Canterbury Music hall” and the old entrance to the Necropolis railway where you tool the death train.
Also included are The Old Vic theatre, Roupell Street, the first circus master and fire insurance plaques.
Then it’s along the railway arches to The Ring pub and the sculpture which Charles Dickens passed on his way to work every day.
The last men to be hanged in Britain for homosexuality and also the very cute, interesting Kirkaldy Testing Museum.
